All unsold Car Repair assets are now burned. This means there will be no more car repair NFTs to purchase from the store and the sweet APY can only be received when purchased second-hand. Usually, limited assets that are only available second-hand appreciate if they are not depreciating in condition. For example, a real car may lose value secondhand, but land may appreciate value secondhand, especially if it is no longer available in a region. Let's say you are the first owner of a piece of land in a small region and you already sold your lot. When all the first-hand owners sold their lots, the secondhand owners tend to increase the price because the number of sellers decreased and the secondhand owners will tend to keep it above their purchasing price. Polkacity NFT assets do not get old, or broken down, or lose their APY. They keep their value and as they burn, there are fewer of them on the market. This simply increases the existing value of the said assets.
