We are happy and excited to announce our partnership with Hyve.works

Polkacity brings you the real metaverse where you can hire people or find a job, now through hyve. Hyve is a DeFi centric autonomous ecosystem built on top of the multi-billion workforce industry. As the company reports on its website, it is a community-governed ecosystem that solves the current problems in the global freelance and workforce market, leveraging the power of decentralized technologies while adding new features and mechanics that are non-existent on any current platform. As we are leveraging the power of metaverse in partnership with hyve, both our users will be able to use the Polkacity universe to create a real-life economy. As we reported in our previous article, our new reality in the post-pandemic world brings about the gig economy and remote working to life: For example, if there is a bar for music streaming, you might be talking to a hostess to order a drink, or play a mini-game with friends, while enjoying the music activity. Interacting with a real hostess is way more pleasing than talking to a bot and it adds real value to any platform.

The Polkacity game includes a business economy and many business NFTs can be used by the AI or real people. Hiring real people tend to attract more, as a person is more intelligible than any current AI. The AI NFT will definitely be more useful for vehicles such as taxis and Limo, as they will not get tired, but we are expecting NFT owners to hire real people for NFTs such as Disco, Hotel, Hot Dog Stand, and the other larger businesses. If you have a hot dog stand, for example, you can hire someone to tend to it, sell stuff next to the stadium, or take the stand next to the disco when the time comes. Depending on the demand, these businesses can get people to work in 3 shifts, 24 hours a day. You will be able to hire people or find work thanks to our new partnership with hyve.works and we will also provide some perks to hyve:

1- Building on the city. Hyve will have its own building in Polkacity, and they will be able to run their human resources business from that center.

2- Special car. We will provide a special, limited edition car to Hyve and they can use it in their business or sell some of them for collectors.

3- Hyve will have a billboard and will be able to advertise jobs and other business-related matters on their billboard. Anyone looking for work will be able to take a look at their billboard in the game.

1. We will allow people to pay for tasks and jobs with POLC. So, you can hire people and pay with POLC tokens, based on FIAT, such as 5000 USD a month, or based on POLC, such as 2500 POLC a month. The pay will all will depend on the free economy, how much demand there is for workers or jobs. Hyve will help both workers and business owners with this aspect and handle complaints and other details.
2. We will work together to enable the first-ever in-game / in-metaverse tasks/jobs done on the blockchain
3. When our ads go live, which is in about a month, we will give Hyve a banner similar to their billboard
