Polkacity has been using https://platform.polkacity.io/ to have the users try out the new website and the new staking method for a while. We have removed any glitches and bugs, and now we are jumping in with both feet!
The last day for the old website is 8/31/2021 and we will move onto the new design and functionality. As we enter the Fall season, we will have completed the following:
1. The new website design and platform will take over the old one. The new, flashy, and user-friendly platform will be used as the default landing page.
2. The new Tax Collector staking method will produce the only staking reward. Old Staking rewards for NFTs such as Lambos will no longer be produced. We expect this to increase the value of Lambos as there is a limited number of these rewards now.
3. BSC NFT and BSC NFT bridge will be complete. We will explain this in more detail in another article. You will be able to buy your NFT in the Ethereum chain or BSC chain. Use the bridge to move POLC and NFTs from one another, both ways will be open.
Polkacity developers have been coding, and we believe we have something extraordinary for our users. We have been vying to bring more value to our users and make the platform easier for them to use, changing the code for a more user-friendly experience.
We believe being user-friendly and a secure platform is important. That is the reason we waited for the Certik code audition until we launched marketplace, bridge, and the new website. We will keep testing the new features until the end of this month and then, only then will move on to the new features completely. We want everything to work smoothly and we will do everything we can to make it easier and glitch-free for our users while providing the best security.
