We are excited to announce that we will collaborate with the Ferrum network for a BSC&ETH staking program and our metaverse plot (Land) sale. As Ferrum stated, you will be able to join the PolkaCity staking program to contribute to our exclusive metaverse Land sale. We will be integrating Ferrum’s Staking technology to facilitate the upcoming Land sale. Our previous Land Sale finished in minutes, and even the larger land lots were sold out. This time we will give the right to purchase Land to people who stake POLC on the staking pool. We are expecting more POLC to be locked, so get ready for some action!

The contribution period will start from 28th November at 5 PM UTC. You will be able to deposit POLC tokens to the staking pool during the 7 day period and then the staking will start on 05.12.2021 at 5 PM UTC and last for one month. In other words, the pools will be open for a week and the staking will go on for the following month. The first pool will be for the small meta plots (small pieces of land) and will require 1500 POLC tokens. So, if you would like to stake for different metaplots, you can stake several times, but each time you can only stake 1500 POLC tokens. The second pool is for 6000 POLCs, the medium plots. The third one requires 30000 POLC tokens, and you will be able to purchase a large meta plot. The fourth, and the largest pool will be for the extra-large plot, and you will need 60000 POLC tokens. If you remember our first land sale, we also had four types of tiers going from small to medium, high tier, and elite tier. The main difference this time is that the price will be a fixed number of POLC tokens regardless of the price, making the sale simpler to participate in. The pools are quite simple and easy to figure out once you see the staking page, especially easy if you are familiar with Ferrum’s staking pools. Here are the pools and staking requirements in an easy to read table format:

Pool 1: 500 units small metaplot 1500 POLC fixed price (300 units in BSC and 200 units in ETH)

Pool 2: 125 units medium metaplots, 6000 POLC fixed price (75 units in BSC and 50 units in ETH)

Pool 3: 25 units large metaplots, 30,000 POLC fixed price (15 units in BSC and 10 units in ETH)

Pool 4: 7 units extra large metaplots, 60,000 POLC fixed price (4 units in BSC and 3 units in ETH)

We will announce the whitelist sheet at the end of the staking period. Whitelist wallets and sale wallet announcements will be made once all the POLC tokens are staked for one month in the Ferrum pools.

Ferrum and Polkacity will set up BSC&ETH staking programs and they will be hosted on the Polkacity website. You will be able to use your BSC POLC tokens for staking and will have the staking and other functions you come to expect from Ferrum Network. The same thing is true for the ETH chain as well, we will host a staking program on our website. You will be able to stake and use your POLC tokens on the Ethereum chain for staking. We will have four BSC and four ETH pools that have small, medium, large, and extra-large sizes. You will need to stake your POLC for one month and you will be whitelisted for land purchase when you stake your tokens.
