Polkacity Game UI, Art, Design, and in-game Chat

We have been working hard on the Polkacity game and currently, we are working on designing and polishing the game UI screens and chat function. We have also been polishing the art and working hard on making better graphics for the game along with better animations and more customizations.

Game UI screens
Polkacity game development team has recently focused on the game UI screens. We have implemented various changes to the designs, and we have been refining them. You can see our progress so far in this demo video:

As you can see in the video, you can create different genders, a male or a female, and name your avatar. You can choose your avatar’s hairstyle and hair color any color your heart desires, including red or purple! You can also choose skin tone, though the color spectrum is more limited compared to hair color. The avatar customization lets you choose the color of clothing on your avatar’s torso and legs. For female avatars, we have different clothing selections.

Chat functionality
Chat is an important aspect of multiplayer and a core part of the chat functionality is already implemented. We have been working on a few possible UX ideas and will work on chat for multiplayer further.

Art & Design
We have finished designing 10 city blocks. We are now working on polishing the remaining three blocks. We plan to work on improving the road textures soon. We will also develop, polish, and integrate good Avatar hairstyles.
