The brand new Polkacity 3D&AR NFT is the Polka GYM. The price is 30,000 POLC and the GYM pays 750 POLCS per week. This means the APY is 130%. The GYM hosts VR Sports Games, so the GYM NFT owners will get a cut from these VR games. For example, Polka City will host Boxing VR games, where citizens who own VR headsets like the Oculus and Vive will be able to fight each other in VR. Championship fights will pay in POLC, so the winner will earn POLC. Polka GYM owners will earn a 15% cut from the earnings. These games and competitions will start from the 3rd quarter of 2022.

GYMs can host many games, and as the Polkacity game improves, this will only increase in variety. These can be competitive games such as karate and taekwondo, or they can be rock climbing, rhythmic gymnastics, running, anything fun that game developers can think of. These can be carried out using the game API also. The API helps outside game developers benefit from the blockchain features of Polkacity, which could include gym games in the virtual world. Connecting API games to GYM NFTs will be decided later when the ecosystem is more open.

The competitions can be open to audiences and these can be streamed just like the stadium sports events and disco live music streams. Audiences can pay for the shows, or ads can be shown to non-paying audiences. Streams will be running on Polkacity and they can be Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, or simple PC or cell phone screen 2D views, based on preference and device of the user.

There are 50 GYM NFTs and a lot of expensive, 50 NFTs such as shopping centers, hotels, gas stations, restaurants, discos, car rentals, car repair, and hot dog stands were produced.
