The latest Polkacity Video AMA lasted about an hour and the Polkacity lead developer Carmelo Milian answered the questions asked by our community in Telegram.

The AMA Agenda included the Certik Audit, Marketplace, new website, and the Polka City Game.

The Certik Audit is important for the Polkacity developers because the contracts are examined by many experts and the final result is the most secure contract without any holes. The audit had zero critical problems, which is what any developer wants to see. Any minor problems were fixed, and the marketplace is up to par.

Now that the audit is done, once it is officially published by Certik, we will launch the marketplace and you will be able to choose any chain on our new website. We will fully launch the new website yet we will keep the old website as Version1.

The game will start at the beginning of the month and should have something to show every two weeks. All assets will be profitable in the game and the website. If an asset has a high APY on the website, it should have high profit in the game also. Some NFT assets such as bikes and skateboards are sold out, and new NFT assets will replace them.

If you have a yacht or a chopper, you get to decide how much you charge people for getting them to the treasure island. This will create a real economy and people who charge less will have more customers and this will get a balance with the open market economy. Many NFT businesses such as hot dog stands will be functional. The game company we are working with will create the story and the stands, for example, may sell music or sport event tickets as scalpers, and there may be other incentives for people to use them to provide profit for these businesses. Everything is possible and once the metaverse economy gets going, people will find creative solutions to make even more money than what we suggest. For example, hot dog stand owners may start selling comic book NFTs in addition to scalped tickets through their small marketplace, the sky is the limit! We will have the first version of the game at the end of the year and longer-term developments will be amazing. We will be launching version after version in years to come, and NFT asset owners may find more ways to profit and provide services in this metaverse.

Once the bridge is out, you will be able to claim your rewards in any chain you want, and the bridge is simple. You will be able to move your tokens to the other chains. The total supply of tokens will remain the same, always 250 million. We will keep adding chains, and of course, Polkadot.

Any NFT rewards will be related to the NFT you are staking. For example, if you are staking a disco, the NFTs you earn will be related to the disco. If you are staking a hot dog stand, then the NFTs you earn will be related to that.

Shopping centers will be able to sell everything from let's say Amazon.com with their NFT assets in the game. The marketplace will be out this week and you will be able to trade your NFTs within our platform. The game is going to be a mix of different games. When you are at the strategic level you will be able to see everything like in Sim City or the Age of Empires, and when you click to join the action, you will be able to get to the third-person point of view. We will focus more and more on features and less on APY as the game comes out. The APYs will continue, but the new NFTs will be more game-oriented. Land, rent, and related real estate parameters will be announced down the road later on.

Lambos are like VIP cards. There will be events only for Lambo owners or other VIP events. This is in addition to driving your Lambo around the city. Buildings will have different levels, and they will never be full. If one level of disco is full, for example, the new people coming in will move to the second level of the disco building. In the treasure island, there will be a key or a wallet, an NFT, or some other surprise, and people moving to the island will start a hunt for that surprise.

We will have a single jail NFT and people committing crimes in the city will go to this jail. This will be a fun jail or some type of entertainment so that people playing the game will not be depressed. Many role-playing games have a justice system and this may be something we can develop down the road by collaborating with another decentralized blockchain company.

If we have a casino, it will be for fun and not for straight-up gambling crypto. The hotels, for example, may have poker games with various rewards. We are still discussing many of the game mechanics and appreciate the community input.
